Raise Your Vibration
What the heck is that?
Like many luxury labels, La DoubleJ sells exquisite, Italian-made fashion and homeware. But unlike most luxury players, we do this with a deeper purpose that we call Raise Your Vibration. Sometimes people know immediately what I’m talking about, other times they don’t. So for the short, clear explanation: We are speaking about energy, a universal life force that flows within all of us, invisibly, yet powerfully, binding all living beings together.
As you may know, everything in the universe possesses an energy quotient, from microscopic atoms to blasting stars, growling dogs to scrambling humans - even a slice of chocolate cake has an energy quotient. And that energy exists on a frequency spectrum, from low levels that are dark and dense to high levels that are light and bright and can reset or totally re-write timelines of possibility and growth.
This vibrational frequency can be morphed by us within our unique physical vessels, through our very own sounds, speech, intentions and actions. Your entire day is a blank sheet of notes ready to be written as each of your micro choice creates your own energetic symphony. This is incredibly empowering to realize and to utilize consciously. Sometimes we forget it, when we spin out in the negativity circling around us, fall into doom scroll traps, gobble down negative news or gossip, or get locked into a bed of fear and stay there. It happens!
The most important thing is to course correct ASAP to raise your frequency back up to a vibration where, when things are tough, you are capable of kindly confronting difficulties with grace. Or, when things are juicy and delicious, creating space within yourself to receive all the love and joy that surrounds you and let it land deeply.
There are a million different ways to ‘Raise Your Vibration,” and I think, by now, I’ve probably tried most of them. It’s my joy here as the Creative and Spiritual Chief of La DoubleJ to share some of these with you. I tell my team all the time that our company mission is to provide ‘An Energy Elevating Experience” no matter where you, our clients, friends and community, may come to find us.
First, is our Company Mood. As you may have noticed, we are not Mean Girls. This is a friendly place, open to all, dedicated to Feel Good Fashion. There is already enough lack and fear invisibly laced into the fashion industry. Our goal is to unwind that pattern and to totally rewrite the relationship that women have their bodies, spirits and minds. The product is not being bought because you’re scared of not having it, the product is being welcomed onto your table or body because it enhances what you already have. It resonates with your own frequency of Feeling Good. It reminds you: You are Sparkling.
Our love affair with color and print is also a rocket ship for energy. As you may know, colors feature different energetic frequencies and are used in holistic healing modalities. Prints, too, can activate our connection to sacred geometry. There’s a lot happening with our product’s living connection to the codes of sacred beauty.
Another important point is how products are made and the energetic imprint that is given by every single person that has a hand in creating each piece. We are blessed and honored to work with Italy’s top luxury factories and artisans, who we know personally, and whose employees are guaranteed to be treated well and paid fairly. Their passion and love flows directly from their hands and is infused into the product you put on your skin or in your home.
We also love to give people an energy boost within our stores. They might, at first glance, just appear to be awash in color, print or beauty, but in each of the spaces, there has been specifically considered as a Raise Your Vibration Station each with an exclusively designed intention. The Milan store houses a Divine Mother grotta, Palm Beach a Chakra ceiling, Dallas an Eclipse portal, and our brand new Townhouse in New York has been conceived as a crystal and gong-wrapped Light House.

Starting in 2019, we began hosting spiritual workshops, online events and gatherings that were all dedicated to frequency-raising experiences—all were things I had personally tried and had helped me develop more abundance, confidence, inner peace and deeper awareness of Self.
This wonderful-woo-woo activity is now concentrated inside a community container we call the Sisterhood. This is the place where I share my favorite methods—tools, techniques and teachers-- for energy-elevating experiences. This Sisterhood is unique. It’s a community not just for our members who are looking to learn, but also Healers and Teachers, all vetted by me, who are happy to share their gifts and are looking to connect with our wonderful audience. So it’s a win win for the teachers and the students. And it’s gender-free. All are welcome. Pets too!
Since launching the Sisterhood, La DoubleJ has hosted hundreds of free spiritual events for its community – both live, in-person as well as online practices that are housed on our website. The rooftop of our Starquarters (offices) in Milan features a Gong Temple where we host daily in-person classes of sound healing, yoga, meditation and visiting healers and we have a monthly calendar of activities we share with the Sisterhood.
Sometimes Raising Your Vibration might mean picking up a daily meditation practice. Or, going off for a 14 day retreat in Egypt. Or having a weekly sound healing experience. Or it might involve drinking ayahuasca with the wise elders of the Forest. Or maybe it’s just a sensationally patterned, color-tastic, Italian-made silk dress or porcelain plate that is going to knock the socks off and slap a giant grin on everyone you come into contact with. We are here for all of it! And we hope you are too.
