Terms and Conditions

  • User can purchase the gift card with fixed balance options only (from €/£/$50 or HKD450 - €/£/$1000 or HKD9450)
  • User can schedule the date the gift card will be delivered via email. If box is left blank, the gift card will be delivered automatically via email within 3 hours.
  • Gift card can only be used for purchases on ladoublej.com
  • Gift card can only be redeemed in the currency of purchase. (If purchaser and recipient are located in different countries, the same currency must be used.)
  • If the gift card credit is higher than the amount to pay, the remaining balance will stay on the gift card to be used for the next order.
  • The gift card cannot be substituted with cash.
