LIVE: Fear Clear Meditation

In times of darkness, how can we find empowerment through our fear? Hosted by J.J. Martin in the Sacred Grotta of our Milan store, this free live workshop and meditation will explore how we can clear fear and turn our suffering into joy, grace and happiness. We are joined by J.J.’s friend and Theta healer Viola Crespi, who will lead us in a thirty minute guided meditation (no previous experience necessary), and we’ll have time to answer your questions afterwards. We’ve got meditation cushions ready and waiting for you, so no need to bring anything - just some comfortable clothes and an open heart.
